The Debts Manager philosophy is to give independent best
advice to everyone who requires help. We do not charge
indebted consumers for any of the solutions we advise and
provide.
One of our solution partners may be arranged as a provider, or the
consumer can take our advice and find an alternative solution provider.
In the case of an IVA, our fees are met by creditors. With an IVA,
the consumer contributes what they can realistically afford each month
into a trust account held by us for creditors. Creditors agree the fee
Debts Manager can take from this account and we pass the balance on
to them. The consumer ultimately pays less than they owe to their
creditors (even before interest) but with creditor agreement.
