Information required to complete your application
There are 2
ways of passing your information to us, the first is via the
online form, which is split into 7 stages and takes
approximately 15 minutes to complete, or you can download
the forms and fill them out at your leisure and either
transmit them back to us via secure link or post them
back to us.

In the event that we can
help, you will require the following information to speed
along your case.
Proof of ALL household income e.g.
wageslips for both partners whether both are included in the
IVA or not
Copy of the tax credit award for
working tax and child tax
Details of ALL benefits received (if
applicable)
If self
employed;
Copy of Self Assessment Return
Copy of last 3 years accounts (if
applicable)
Business Income & Expenditure
If home
owners;
Recent house valuation from a local
estate agent
Redemption figure for current mortgage
and any other loans secured on the property
Surrender value for any endowment
policies
If
tenants;
Copy of rent agreement
Finally;
Copy of car Hire Purchase or credit
agreement
Last 6 months bank statements for any
current accounts held
A background story detailing how their
financial situation arose giving dates when loans were taken
out and what the money was spent on.
